CAP Community NPI Grantees FFP Community Forum The Capable Partners Program (CAP) South Africa program is responding to the HIV epidemic by strengthening the capacity of National, Provincial and District Departments of Health, community health services providers and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), to prevent mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) and provide infant and young child feeding (ICYF) services in the context of HIV/AIDS prevention in the country's nine provinces. The CAP South Africa Library, an online clearinghouse of program reports and assessments, aims to facilitate information sharing among South Africa's PMTCT practitioners and providers. |
