    he Essential NGO Guide to Managing Your USAID Award is designed to help NGOs effectively manage U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funds.

    The Guide explains step by step how to handle the life cycle of a USAID grant from award, start-up and implementation through monitoring, evaluation, reporting and close-out. Each chapter provides links to practical tools, specific documents and Websites that offer NGOs additional strategies and practices to improve their capacity to respond to the needs of their beneficiaries.
