This paper shares co-creation key questions, experiences, lessons, and recommendations from 2018 to 2020 by the Strengthening Civil Society Globally (SCS Global) Leader with Associates (LWA) Cooperative Agreement, funded by USAID’s Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights, and Government (DRG Center).
